Participant Matching & Onboarding: Your Step-By-Step Guide

Once you contact us, we’ll respond within 24 hours to arrange a discovery meeting with you and your care team. We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and support needs, and review key documents like your NDIS plan. This helps us tailor personalised support that fits your unique situation and preferences.
PLANNING AND PARTICIPANT MATCHING
With a clear understanding of your needs, we’ll begin finding the right home and housemate options. We consider your routines, support needs, and lifestyle, and invite you to visit homes and meet potential housemates. Your comfort matters most, and we’ll keep working with you until it feels right.
FINALISING YOUR SUPPORT TEAM
Using the information you’ve shared, we create a support team tailored to your needs and preferences—considering factors like communication style, culture, gender, and personality. You’ll meet your team during their training and orientation, giving you a chance to build trust and connection before moving into your new home.
MOVE-IN DAY
You’ll be warmly welcomed into your new home with a special ribbon-cutting and cake celebration to mark the occasion. We stay closely involved during your transition, ensuring everything runs smoothly and your support remains aligned with your needs, making you feel truly valued, comfortable, and at home.
